EasyFund works with a network of independent lending partners to help businesses access financing. Financing is provided by the applicable lending partner and is subject to their underwriting and approval.

Working capital, term financing, business lines of credit, equipment financing, invoice factoring and receivables financing, asset-based financing, revenue-based financing and commercial real estate financing. Availability depends on the applicant and our partners' criteria.

What information will I need to provide?

Typically basic business details, ownership information, the amount requested, the intended use of funds and recent business bank statements. Depending on the request, a lender may also ask for financial statements, an accounts receivable aging report, articles of incorporation, identification or a voided cheque.

Does applying guarantee approval?

No. Submitting an application does not guarantee financing or create a commitment to borrow. Every application is subject to third-party lender review, eligibility requirements and underwriting.

Easy Fund does not perform a credit check as part of an initial review. If a financing partner needs to review credit, that step is disclosed and requires your consent first.
